30 July 2026. Mitchell Keller, Co-Founder of LeadGrow, spent 68 minutes with the Unlock GTME community showing exactly how he runs cold outbound inside Claude Code.

This page is the whole session, rebuilt from the recording. If you missed it, or if you have never opened Claude Code in your life, start at the top and work down. Nothing is assumed.

Every timestamp below, like [14:38], points back to a moment in the recording.

The 60 second version

  1. Mitchell writes one goal prompt. Roughly 28,000 leads come out the other end of a campaign. The only thing he checks by hand is whether the copy direction is right.
  2. The thing that makes that possible is not the tooling. It is a plain text file called opinions.md that holds what you actually believe about go to market.
  3. Around that sits an "agent harness": a small team of AI agents that check each other's work in a loop, because the agent that did the work is a bad judge of the work.
  4. He gave away the repo that builds this, publicly, for the first time on this call.
  5. The rest is cost discipline, folder hygiene, and putting humans at the four or five places where a mistake would be expensive.

Who this is for: agency owners and GTM people who are curious about Claude Code and have not committed yet. Most of the room was in exactly that position on the day.

What you leave with: a plain English primer, the full walkthrough, and a copy-paste starter kit of the files Mitchell described.

Start here if you have never touched Claude Code

Skip this section if you already build in Claude Code. Everything else on this page uses these words, so they get defined once, here, in plain English.

Claude Code. Claude, running inside a folder on your computer instead of in a chat window. It can read your files, write new ones, run scripts, and call other tools. The folder is the important part: it can only see what is in front of it.

A repo (or repository). A folder of files, usually version controlled. For GTM work, think of it as one project: one client, or one campaign.

CLAUDE.md. A plain text file of standing instructions that Claude reads automatically when it opens a folder. It is how you tell it "here is who we are, here is how we work" without repeating yourself every session.
