→ Examples of GTME interview assignment:
a. Sub-processor tripwire (signal invention) - Find 50 companies naming a competitor as a sub-processor or in their docs, ranked by switchability. Everyone can filter a database by headcount; almost nobody thinks to look where the buying intent actually leaks.
b. Account brief generator (can they ship) - Domain in, one-page pre-call brief out, working. Closest thing to a real first-week task, and it separates people who talk about automation from people who have built it. Judge whether an AE would genuinely use the output, not the code quality.
c. The teardown (judgment) - Exa's developer funnel vs. its competitor's: what you'd fix first, and what you'd deliberately ignore.
