📌
Who this is for: anyone starting from zero on LinkedIn who wants to use posting to drive inbound leads or land a dream job. This is a compounding game, not a one-hack overnight thing. Put in the reps for 30+ days and the inbound follows.
How to use it: work top to bottom. The two setup phases are one-time. The Daily and Weekly systems repeat — duplicate those blocks each day/week (or turn them into a Notion template button) so you can re-check them.

The rules of the game (read once)
- Every platform sells a different status. Instagram sells looking rich, X sells being right, LinkedIn sells looking smart. The currency is insight — teach something real and you win.
- Your profile is a landing page, not a resume. You have 5–15 seconds to pass the "legit check."
- Comment more than you post at the start — comments build reach faster than posts.
- The daily system should take under 1 hour.

📈
What "working" looks like — engagement per post
- Day 30: 10+ likes/comments per post
- Day 60: 30+ likes/comments per post
- Day 90: 50+ likes/comments per post
Impression ladder: around 10K/mo (months 1–2) → 20K/mo (months 3–4) → 50K/mo + predictability (months 5–6).
Measure depth, not vanity: repost rate is the #1 metric, then saves and sends. Followers are a vanity metric beyond 1K.

✅ Phase 1 — Weeks 1–2: Profile + Research (one-time setup)
Optimise your profile (all 8 parts)
- [ ] Get clear on your ONE goal: inbound leads or landing a job. Everything else flows from this.
- [ ] Profile URL → set it to
/firstname-lastname, not /ehafhehaf
- [ ] Photo — clear, confident, smiling, not a selfie, not filtered. Use the same photo across LinkedIn, IG, YouTube, TikTok. Tool: liftapp.ai/linkedin-photo-maker
- [ ] Banner (the most underrated real estate) — make it value-driven and point at ONE action. Tools: NanoBanana + a free Canva template. Pick a banner HERE.
- [ ] Headline — ditch "job title at company." Use the authority stack (keywords + credibility markers) OR the outcome formula: "I help (persona) achieve (outcome) without (pain)." Remember: this shows next to your name every time you comment.
- [ ] About / Bio — open with tension, tell a story, stack specific proof, humanise with a fun fact, end with a clear CTA. Write how you speak. Never paste your resume.
- [ ] Featured section — 1–2 CTAs matched to your goal (lead magnet, capture page, or even a raw Calendly link to start). Don't park an old post here.
- [ ] Work experience — only relevant roles, accomplishment-based with quantifiable impact. Example to model: linkedin.com/in/owen-ciha
